a special Prayer for Educators
“Because he loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.”
Father, we truly thank You for Your amazing grace.
Your watchful eyes of protection continually guard our children and our schools at all times and in all places.
(Pray Psalm 91)
Father, thank You for Your Son, Jesus Christ, the Name above every name.
Thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit to dwell with us and within us.
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your perfect love and divine protection.
Thank You for daily keeping our loved ones safe from all hurt, harm, and danger, both seen and unseen.
Holy Spirit, we acknowledge You and welcome You
into our schools and throughout our entire school system.
Our God, let Your omnipresence fill the atmosphere of every school with Your glory.
Let every classroom, cafeteria, gymnasium, locker room, hallway, and every other area overflow with Your presence.
Be with our children as they walk to and from school, as they wait at bus stops, as they ride the bus, or travel by any other means.
Be with them even at home.
Keep them safely in Your heavenly ark of protection.
Lord Jesus, by Your Holy Spirit,
help every student, teacher, administrator, and staff member become more spiritually aware of Your presence.
Let them experience the glory of Your goodness.
In the power of the Name of Jesus,
By the power of the Blood of Jesus,
Through the Person and power of the Holy Spirit,
It is sealed in Spirit and in Truth,
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
